[首都圏]　ストアマネージャー（店舗責任者）募集

スキル・資格
■ブティック店長経験が3年以上ある方
■外資系ラグジュアリーブランド(ファッション・コスメ・ジュエリー・時計)での販売経験
■店舗運営に関する以下の知識
・ 人事（教育・パフォーマンスマネジメントを含む）
・ 計数管理
・ 商品知識
・ 商品管理
・ 小売業・百貨店ビジネスに関する知識
■対外的交渉力（特に対百貨店）
■店舗オペレーションで使用するＰＣスキル
■英語スキルあれば尚可

業務内容

■ブティック売上予算の達成－スタッフに適切な指示を与え、モティベートすることによって予算を達成させる。
■スタッフの指導育成－スタッフにティファニー社の戦略やビジョン、企業倫理を理解させる。
■オペレーション管理－店舗内のすべてのオペレーション（ＴＪオペレーション、商品管理、売上管理、経費管理、セキュリティ管理等）に責任を持ち、効果的かつ効率的管理を行う。
■新規顧客の開拓と顧客管理－顧客との信頼関係を構築し、販売機会を広げる。
百貨店との協力関係構築と強化－百貨店マネジメントに戦略の理解を得て、店舗運営の協力を取り付ける。

学歴

高卒以上　※宝飾関連、ラグジュアリーブランドなどでの販売・接客経験ある方歓迎

勤務時間：１日7.5時間勤務　シフト制
