Job Description


The Manager, Store Marketing leads the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive traffic, engagement, and brand impact across retail locations. This role connects brand campaigns, product launches, local partnerships, and in-store experiences to create a seamless omnichannel customer journey. Working cross-functionally across Marketing, Retail, Loyalty, Digital, and Visual Merchandising teams, this position helps bring retail experiences to life while supporting business growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for store openings, remodels, relocations, and closures
  • Develop local and regional marketing programs, including events, partnerships, activations, and media opportunities
  • Drive omnichannel connectivity between retail experiences and digital channels, including loyalty, app, social, and influencer initiatives
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to align in-store storytelling with seasonal campaigns and brand priorities
  • Collaborate with Loyalty, App, Geo, and Retail teams to support in-store offers, customer experiences, and community engagement initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage cross-functional timelines, communication, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in retail, integrated, or omnichannel marketing
  • Proven success developing marketing programs that drive store traffic, engagement, and customer experience
  • Experience supporting store openings, remodels, relocations, or local retail marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance and business impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments

Preferred

  • Experience with loyalty, local marketing, experiential marketing, or community activation strategies
  • Experience within retail, fashion, footwear, or consumer lifestyle brands
