As the Manager, Stock Plan Administration supporting Alcon's Global Compensation function , you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of Alcon’s equity compensation programs. This role ensures the accurate and efficient administration of stock plans and collaborates closely with Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors to deliver a seamless associate experience in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee equity programs, including performance share units, restricted stock units, and other equity-based awards.

  • Process equity grants, exercises, and releases in compliance with plan documents, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

  • Maintain equity data and records within equity administration systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appropriate documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments, compliance obligations, and industry best practices related to equity compensation.

  • Oversee vendor management for equity administration partners, including selecting providers, managing contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely, high‑quality service delivery aligned with organizational standards.

  • Partner with internal tax teams, payroll and external advisors to ensure accurate tax withholding, reporting, and compliance for all equity transactions, including coordinating year‑end processes and responding to associate tax‑related inquiries.

  • Support equity-related transactions associated with corporate events to ensure accurate and timely processing of equity impacts.

  • Support audits, internal controls, and documentation related to stock plan administration.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs;Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)

  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
