The Sterile Processing Manager maintains 24-hour accountability for the management of the Sterile Supply Processing department and assigned
personnel providing sterile supplies and equipment support for patient care areas. Contributes to and supports the hospital's mission, strategic goals, and policies and procedures.
Employee must be able to successfully complete job specific orientation, competencies, and meet/exceed standards as identified in the criteria-based performance appraisal.
