In this role, you'll:
Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of the Transport for NSW Standards Management Framework, providing expert advice on standards, regulatory requirements, and concessions management. You’ll manage governance structures, align technical practices across the transport sector, and champion whole-of-life thinking and asset management principles.
You will build frameworks and processes that enhance consistency and technical assurance in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment where competing priorities and resource constraints require strategic leadership and collaboration.

About you
Your expertise in standards management, governance, and technical assurance, formed across transport, infrastructure, or regulatory environments, will see you excel in driving compliance, implementing frameworks, and influencing stakeholder engagement to achieve consistent outcomes.
You’re recognised as a collaborative leader and strategic thinker, skilled at communicating complex concepts clearly, and experienced in delivering organisational change and continuous improvement in standards and requirements management.
