Job Description

• Monitor closely the periodic reports from the teams and report to Management on timely basis
• Conduct monthly performance review meetings to ensure targets shall be met and actions shall be taken as necessary.
• Provide constructive feedback to teams on areas that require improvement
• Continuously seeking ways to improve work efficiency
• Timely preparation of management approval paper upon receipt of all necessary information
• Review proper maintenance of credit files and security documents
• Negotiate best terms with borrowers/buyers to maximize returns to the Company
• Participate actively in meetings with borrowers, other lenders, customers and management of the Company
• Conduct visits to customers’ premises for immediate assessment as and when necessary
• Attend court proceedings or hold discussions with the relevant professional firms, consultants or attend meetings of co-lenders with the aim of solving the NPLs/Impaired Loans/Written Off Loans
• In respect of TDR/settlement proposal, to ensure we get maximum value for the same
• Provide support to other departments within the Company as and when required
• Monitoring performance of outsourcing agency and preparing collection reports 
• Off-site visit to the outsourcing agency
