Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
2. 10+ years of work experience in Accounting or Finance, with emphasis on cost accounting, reporting, inventory and variance analysis; preferred in a Global Manufacturing environment
3. Medical Device industry preferred
4. Excellent MS Office skills; advanced Excel skills required
5. SAP, Workday Adaptive and Hyperion experience preferred

1. Strong cost accounting, reporting, inventory and variance analysis expertise
2. Deep understanding and business knowledge of cost accounting and IFRS
3. Superior analytical skills
4. Excellent organizational and project coordination ability with acute attention to detail is essential
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are key
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
7. Successful experience working independently, effectively and confidently in a team environment
