The Opportunity
This role is an opportunity to shape and scale the Product operating model at ASOS, with a clear focus on improving how work gets done across Product teams (which includes Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing) through process optimisation, operational structuring and workflow redesign.
Sitting within the Product Strategy & Operations team, the role will partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Technology and Operations to identify inefficiencies, simplify ways of working and drive measurable improvements in speed, productivity and decision-making across the product lifecycle.
This role will focus on driving operational excellence within Product through a combination of process redesign, workflow optimisation and the practical application of automation and agentic AI solutions The aim is to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort and enable more intelligent, scalable ways of working across the product lifecycle.
This is a hands-on transformation role, combining structured problem solving, operational design and delivery. You will define improved ways of working, translate them into practical implementation plans and drive adoption across teams to deliver tangible business impact.
