Location: We are seeking an experienced Manager, Space Planning and Design Management. This is a Remote position.

Sodexo Live! is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager, Space Planning and Design Management to support and enhance our food service design operations through leadership in BIM standards, digital asset management, and technical documentation.

This role bridges business development, design technology, and project execution-ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all projects. The ideal candidate brings experience in BIM, Revit, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to support both operational excellence and growth initiatives across Sodexo Live!'s portfolio.

Autodesk Revit allows architects, engineers, and construction professionals to:

  • Model shapes, structures, and systems in 3D with parametric accuracy, precision, and ease.
  • Streamline project management with instant revisions to plans, elevations, schedules, sections, sheets, and 3D visualizations.
  • Unite multidisciplinary project teams for higher efficiency, collaboration, and impact in the office or on the jobsite.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Authoring and maintaining foodservice specifications (CSI: 114000 Division 11 Specs)     
  • Updating and standardizing Revit families to align with Sodexo Live! guidelines     
  • Serving as librarian for Sodexo Live! Revit families, drawings, and project documentation     
  • Curating Sodexo Live! drawings, projects, and documentation     
  • Developing custom Revit families and parameters for equipment or symbols not available through standard sources     
  • Managing project information, timelines, and documentation in coordination with Project Managers

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with BIM and Revit
  • Proficiency in Autodesk tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • Experience with BIM standards, Revit family creation, and content management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Knowledge of documentation lifecycle management and digital asset organization
  • Ability to optimize Revit content and BIM workflows for scalability and performance
  • Familiarity with CSI specifications, particularly Division 11 (Foodservice Equipment), preferred
  • Experience in foodservice design, commercial kitchen planning, or related industries
  • Experience supporting proposals, client presentations, or growth initiatives is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
