About Our Team

The Latin America Fraud & Identity Solutions Consulting team partners closely with Sales, Product, Market Planning, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to help customers address their most complex fraud, identity verification, authentication, and digital trust challenges.

The team serves as trusted advisors throughout the customer journey, providing expertise across the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Fraud & Identity portfolio, including ThreatMetrix device intelligence, BehavioSec behavioral biometrics, Emailage email risk intelligence, IDVerse identity verification, fraud analytics, account takeover prevention, digital onboarding, and risk-based decisioning solutions. Our consultants help customers design strategies that balance fraud prevention, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Latin America Fraud & Identity Solutions Consulting team. This role will lead a team of Solutions Consultants responsible for supporting strategic opportunities, delivering technical and business expertise throughout the sales cycle, and helping customers solve complex fraud prevention, identity verification, authentication, and digital trust challenges.

The successful candidate will serve as a key regional leader, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Market Planning, and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth, customer success, and market leadership across Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Fraud & Identity Solutions Consultants across Latin America.
• Provide technical, business, and industry leadership throughout the pre-sales process, supporting strategic opportunities and key customer engagements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen technical expertise, consultative selling capabilities, and professional development.
• Manage team performance through goal setting, ongoing feedback, and development planning.
• Maintain deep expertise in the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Fraud & Identity portfolio, including identity verification, digital identity intelligence, behavioral biometrics, fraud analytics, account takeover prevention, and risk-based decisioning.
• Demonstrate the business value and technical capabilities of LNRS solutions through presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and executive-level discussions.
• Build strong strategic relationships with Sales leadership and support integrated account planning.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to develop customer strategies and solution recommendations that address complex fraud and identity challenges across Latin America.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Market Planning teams to communicate customer needs, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities.
• Support the creation of proposals, solution architectures, statements of work, business cases, and technical documentation.
• Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Represent LexisNexis Risk Solutions through conferences, webinars, customer events, industry forums, white papers, and thought leadership activities.

Requirements

At least 6 years of professional experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role.

• Proven expertise in identifying customer needs and recommending tailored products and services to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of market trends, technical solutions, product capabilities, and competitive offerings.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to identify additional business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions for customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
• Important
• Ability to travel up to 30% throughout Latin America.
• Must reside in Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.
• Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese is required. English proficiency is strongly preferred.
