We're now looking for a Manager Solution Area to lead one of our global Solution Areas based in India This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on building high-performing organizations, developing leaders, and translating strategy into operational excellence.
As part of the Customer Business & Delivery Leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping our delivery capability, strengthening our organization, and driving business performance in a truly global environment.
As Manager Solution Area, you are accountable for the overall performance of your Solution Area—from organizational capability and delivery execution to financial performance, governance, and long-term growth.
You will lead a team of managers responsible for software development and service delivery, ensuring the organization has the right people, capabilities, and ways of working to consistently deliver value to our customers.
Working closely with peers across Europe and India, you'll help build a scalable, collaborative organization that enables both business success and an exceptional employee experience.
Build, lead, and continuously develop a high-performing global Solution Area.
Coach and develop engineering managers, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive recruitment, succession planning, competence development, and workforce planning aligned with long-term business needs.
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive workplace where people can grow and perform at their best.
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
Be accountable for committed delivery capability, execution, and operational performance across the Solution Area.
Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery throughout the software development and operations lifecycle.
Translate business strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable objectives.
Continuously improve delivery capability, organizational effectiveness, and ways of working.
Support long-term capability development to meet evolving customer and business needs.
Manage the Solution Area budget, forecasting, cost control, and EBIT contribution.
Monitor financial performance and take proactive actions to achieve business targets.
Balance investments and resource allocation to maximize customer value and operational efficiency.
Ensure operational and organizational risks are proactively managed.
Drive compliance with security, privacy, and corporate governance requirements.
Promote awareness of company policies and incident management processes across the organization.
Contribute actively to the Customer Business & Delivery Leadership Team
Build strong partnerships across functions, regions, and leadership teams
Ensure the Solution Area supports business growth, customer success, and long-term capability development
Promote scalable ways of working, transparency, and effective decision-making
You're a confident and inspiring leader who enjoys developing other leaders and building organizations that perform at a high level. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution and are comfortable navigating complexity in an international business environment.

Proven experience leading leaders in complex, global organizations.
Extensive experience with line management and organizational leadership.
Strong experience in software development and technology delivery organizations.
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and operational governance.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable execution and measurable business outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in cross-functional leadership teams.
Experience driving organizational development, workforce planning, and capability building.
Solid understanding of Agile software development, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks is an advantage.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
