We are looking for a People Manager in SAFe Agile Release Train focused on nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a challenging position where you use your leadership skills to bring out the best in people, build high performing teams, support them in reaching their goals, and help shape a world-class working environment. Full responsibility for the personal and professional development of cross-competence professionals in 2-3 agile teams, including recruiting & hiring, performance management, and fostering a growth mindset. Your teams will be working with the development of a medical mobile app, which is part of the Oticon hearing aid solution.

• you are a manager with at least 1 year of experience in people management.

• you have exceptional people management skills, with the ability to understand individual motivations and effectively apply situational leadership.
• you are fluent in English and Polish.
It would be nice if:
• you have 3+ years hands-on experience as a member of agile development team or you worked as a manager in a truly agile environment.
• you have experience in driving change within an organization.
• you have curious approach and problem-solving skills, are able to challenge existing practices, draw accurate conclusions from available inputs, analyze & present solution variants with recommendations.
• you are familiar with SAFe framework.
• you have experience in medical software or other regulated industries.
