We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager, Social Strategy to lead the social presence and growth of our podcasts. This role will ideate, produce, and distribute engaging digital content, while supporting the long-term brand and channel growth strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social platforms, their algorithms, and audience behaviors—with the ability to turn talent voices and sports headlines into social engagement. They will work with internal producers, editors, high-profile talent, and stakeholders across marketing and sales to support a holistic strategy across all channels. The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
