What You Will Do
- Lead and manage a team focused on driving sales growth within the SMB segment.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase customer acquisition.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline sales processes.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales techniques and achieve individual and team goals.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
