Zayo is seeking a high-impact Manager, Sitetracker Platform to lead the evolution, optimization, and long-term scalability of our Sitetracker ecosystem supporting large-scale fiber construction and OSP deployment.

This role sits at the intersection of systems, operations, and transformation — ensuring Sitetracker not only functions as a system of record for our fiber deployment projects, but as a true operational engine enabling predictable, data-driven execution across construction programs.

This is a newly created role designed to build structure, ownership, and forward strategy around the Sitetracker platform as deployment volume and organizational complexity continue to grow. The right candidate will balance systemexpertisewith operational awareness, driving both near-term stability and long-term platform maturity.

NOTE: The team is open to this position working remotely within the United States.

Our Manager, Sitetracker Platform will own day-to-day platform performance, enhancement strategy, and cross-functional alignment across construction, PMO, finance, and systems teams. This leader will ensure the platform supports real-world field execution whilemaintainingstrong data integrity, reporting reliability, and scalable workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Strategy

  • Serve as primary platform owner for Sitetracker across OSP construction programs

  • Define andmaintainplatform roadmap aligned to business growth and operational needs

  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability across markets and project types

  • Establish governance around configuration, enhancements, and release management

  • Maintain alignment between Sitetracker architecture and evolving business processes

Leadership & People Management

  • Build and manage ahigh-performing Sitetracker platform team, includingproject managers,business systemanalysts, and support resources as the function scales

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development to team members, helping them grow both technical and operationalskillsets.Identifyskill gaps and proactively build capabilities to support platform maturity and business growth

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating platform capabilities into business outcomes

  • Lead organizational change efforts tied to new workflows, system enhancements, and process standardization

  • Drive disciplined execution against roadmap commitments andenhancement ofdelivery timelines. Hold teams accountable for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions

Enhancements, Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identifyand prioritize platform enhancements that improve efficiency and visibility

  • Partner with technical teams to design and implement workflow automation and integrations

  • Reduce manual processes andeliminateredundant data entry across systems

  • Evaluate current-state workflows and implement scalable improvements

  • Drive adoption of new functionality and process improvements across user groups

Construction & Fiber Operations Alignment

  • Ensure Sitetracker workflows align with real-world OSP construction execution

  • Partner with construction and PMO teams to translate operational needs into system design

  • Improve visibility into project lifecycle, schedule, cost, and deliverables

  • Support consistent usage of project structures, templates, and data standards

  • Enable better forecasting, reporting, and field-to-system alignment

Data Integrity & Reporting Enablement

  • Establish strong data governance and quality control practices

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across project, financial, and operational data

  • Support development of dashboards and reporting structures tied to Sitetracker data

  • Partner with reporting teams to improve data accessibility and reliability

  • Implement controls that prevent data degradation as scale increases

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as central liaison between operations, PMO, finance, and technical teams

  • Facilitate structured intake and prioritization of system enhancement requests

  • Lead working sessions to align on requirements, design, and implementation

  • Support change management and user adoption across the organization

  • Communicate platform updates, roadmap priorities, and systemimpactsclearly

Qualifications

Required

  • Five to eight (5–8) years of experience in systems, PMO operations, telecom infrastructure, or related environments

  • Experience administering or supporting Sitetracker, Salesforce, or similar project platforms

  • Strong understanding of project-based workflows and operational reporting needs

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system solutions

  • Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements

  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Direct experience with Sitetracker platform configuration or administration

  • Experience supporting OSP fiber construction or infrastructure deployment programs

  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, integrations, and reporting tools

  • Experience with data integration tools and workflow automation

  • Background in process improvement, transformation, or PMO optimization

  • Experience building or supporting operational dashboards

Why This Role Matters

As fiber deployment scales, the Sitetracker platform must function as more than a project database — it mustoperateas the backbone of execution, reporting, and decision-making.

This role ensures the platform evolves in lockstep with the business, enabling faster deployment, stronger data visibility, and more predictable outcomes across construction programs.

Estimated base salary range: $84,900 - $130,600 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
