At Aruma, we support people with disability to live great lives, on their terms. We're looking for a capable and values-driven Manager to lead our Shared Living services in Wodonga and help create safe, inclusive and person-centred homes where people can thrive.
This role is Permanent Part Time 32 hours per week based in Wodonga.
Disability experience is valued, but not essential.

What we offer:
As Manager, you'll lead a team of Support Workers delivering high-quality services across Shared Living homes in the Wodonga region.
You'll play a key role in ensuring residents experience safe, empowering and person-centred support while leading your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This role combines people leadership, operational management and service quality responsibilities.
