As Manager ServiceNow Workflow Applications, you will take ownership of strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules including Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), and optionally Legal Service Delivery (LSD) and Procurement Service Management. Your mission is to align these systems with BioNTech’s business goals, enhance user experiences, and support our broader Enterprise Service Management (ESM) strategy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will unify capabilities, drive platform adoption, and ensure system reliability to empower seamless workflows across the organization.
