In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a collaborative Shared Services team to drive service improvement, operational efficiency, and customer-focused transformation.
Manage a prioritised pipeline of improvement initiatives, balancing multiple projects, dependencies, and resource constraints to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, from problem definition and analysis through to implementation and benefits realisation.

This role requires strong ownership, the ability to challenge constructively, and confidence engaging at a senior level.
About you
Experience leading service improvement initiatives, translating prioritised programs and resource plans into effective delivery in complex organisations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using service data to assess impacts and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and present to stakeholders, including at a senior level.
Demonstrated capability delivering end-to-end improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, while managing competing priorities.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity to drive outcomes.
