Responsible for adhering to the operational TAT guidelines and norms without deviation, Settlment & Return session monitoring, Mandate monitoring, Team Management, GL monitoring, Reconcilation, Audit & Compliance, MIS to senior management etc.,
1. Responsible for adhering to the operational TAT guidelines and norms.
2. Team Management - Evaluating team member resposibilities and conducting training & meeting to smooth flow of process and updates.
3. External communication - Vendors, NPCI, RBI & Corresponding Banks co-ordination.
4. Reconciliation of GL accounts.
5. Publishing various MIS to senior management & branches.
6. Conducting BCP Operations.
7. Handling audit & audit queries.
8. Fortnighty inspection to ensure complaince.
9. Mentoring and on boarding of new joinees.
10. Compliant management.
11. Analysing and monitoring workflow to identify risk factors and erradication of frauds.
Experience Range : 7 to 10 Years
