Your role
As the Manager for Radar Sensor Runtime, you will lead a team of 10 highly skilled professionals, playing a pivotal role in our Product Unit. Your mission is to ensure efficient and timely product development, maintain high quality, and continuously add customer value. You will collaborate closely with other units and the platform product portfolio to drive our transformation towards modern software development methodologies.

We are looking for a leader with proven experience in secure and safety-critical environments, coupled with a strong passion for complex software product development and cross-site cooperation. Your background should include a solid business understanding, a sharp customer focus, and extensive experience in product development. You should be known for your communicative, structured, and performance-driven approach to work. Additionally, you should excel at building and maintaining cross-functional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Required qualifications and experience:
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
