
Your Job
We are seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager, Technical Project Managment to support the Internal Cables, Magnetics and Memory (ICMM) segment of our Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU). CSBU designs and manufactures high-speed cable and connector products used for AI compute and networking applications by hyperscale and datacom customers such as AWS, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Alibaba, Bytedance and others. This business is currently experiencing significant growth as part of the broader Artificial Intelligence ecosystem. In this role you will manage a team of Technical Project Managers and lead highly motivated, world-wide, cross functional teams through the New Product Development Process from Project Initiation Approval to the Start of Production. You are comfortable leading worldwide cross functional teams, working directly with customers, mentoring both team members and direct reports, solving problems, and making/being accountable for project-level and portfolio-level decisions. You have strong project management experience in "technical" business environments.
You thrive on moving the needle to achieve business objectives that will take Molex and our customers to the next level.
