General Description:

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join BeOne's global procurement team, supporting a complex global organization. Reporting to the Associate Director, Consulting and Professional Services, the Manager / Senior Manager, HR & Professional Services will manage approximately $50M in annual spend across HR Services, Translation Services, and Printing Services categories globally.


Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Lead sourcing and negotiations for major spend opportunities across HR Services, Translation Services, and Printing Services, managing an annual spend portfolio of approximately $50M.

  • Optimize the supply base and related costs for all in-scope spend, leveraging the full suite of cost management techniques.

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the US, Europe, and other global markets.

  • Support contract and supplier performance management for key vendors, ensuring quality, compliance, and value delivery.

  • Develop forward-looking category strategies for in-scope spend that align with business priorities and procurement best practices.

This includes implementing and managing the following activities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and systematically manage stakeholder relationships across HR and other business functions to ensure procurement strategies are aligned with operational needs and company goals.

  • Category Management: Design and implement the appropriate approach to category management for HR Services, Translation Services, and Printing Services, partnering with stakeholders to ensure quality, supply continuity, and cost optimization.

  • Cost Management: Develop and secure cross-functional alignment for cost management initiatives; manage multi-year category roadmaps and pipelines of sourcing projects.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives to mitigate risk, ensure quality standards, and meet cost targets across all in-scope categories.

  • Supplier Management: Apply a standard framework to classify suppliers and implement supplier relationship management programs for key vendors.

  • Risk Management: Evaluate and monitor the risk profile of the supply base, with particular attention to compliance-sensitive spend (e.g., regulated translation content); identify and implement risk mitigation initiatives.

  • Value Delivery: Manage the portfolio of sourcing initiatives and deliver cost savings and value against annual and multi-year targets.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance/Business, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

Qualifications:

For the Senior Manager level, we require a BA/BS with 7+ years of overall experience or an MA/MS with 5+ years of overall experience.

For the Manager level, we require a BA/BS with 5+ years of overall experience or an MA/MS with 4+ years of overall experience.

For both levels, we require:

  • Ability to personally deliver on goals and responsibilities while effectively engaging cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement in a global environment, with solid understanding of indirect procurement, particularly within services categories.

  • Familiarity and previous experience working with procurement platforms, spend analytics, Ariba, and MS Office, andSAP.

Travel:

  • Domestic and occasional global travel required.

Salary Range: $111,800.00 - $151,800.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
