What’s the role?
The Senior Brand Manager – OTC Brand Launch will lead the U.S. commercialization of a new ZEISS brand extension into a new category. This role owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and financial performance for the launch across U.S. retail, pharmacy, club, mass, and e-commerce channels.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role responsible for translating the strength of the ZEISS master brand into a successful new category entry, driving both brand equity and commercial results. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep experience in CPG or OTC product launches, regulated categories, omnichannel media, and retail execution with deep experience in agency management.
Location: This position will ideally report to Hebron, KY, Central NJ (Princeton, NJ area) or Blackwood, NJ.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Own the go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and financial performance for the new ZEISS OTC brand extension across multiple channels (retail, pharmacy, club, mass, e-commerce).
Define the value proposition and messaging, adapting the global strategy for the U.S. market.
Manage P&L, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and legal standards.
Work closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Monitor category trends and analyze performance data to inform strategy and optimize results.
Oversee agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
Plan and optimize media budgets and KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversion, sales lift).
Execute integrated campaigns and support retail promotions/events.
Oversee, coach, and develop direct reports, ensuring they are equipped to deliver on objectives and follow processes and procedures.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance
evaluations.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and values, driving engagement and accountability within the team.
Follows safety standards and reports any safety concerns to leadership.
Do you qualify?
Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field but a MBA in a related field is preferred.
The annual pay range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000.
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is eligible for a Performance Bonus.
