Job Description

As a Manager/ Senior Associate Content & Channel, you will play a key role in enabling Pfizer Türkiye’s omnichannel content and channel excellence agenda. The role partners closely with brand teams, medical, compliance, legal, commercial quality, field teams and internal content creators to plan, produce, approve, deploy and optimize compliant content across approved channels.

The role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end content operations, including in-house content production, CreateSmart and Adobe Workfront workflows, GCMA readiness, content reuse, WAB/Zing content enablement, performance tracking and capability building. This position requires a strong omnichannel mindset, operational discipline, digital fluency, stakeholder management and the ability to simplify complex processes into clear ways of working.

Acts as an advisor to markets on how to design, produce and distribute content for different channels. Builds capabilities among marketers to create omni-channel content creation skills. Leads omnichannel analytics and measurement for developing insights in support of the growing roadmap of omnichannel capabilities.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

Core components

• Works with CBLs, CX and other commercial roles to develop a holistic omni-channel strategic plan for the market

• Provides personalized and tailored support and guidance on local execution to content creators and brand teams

• Provides a consistent “One Pfizer” approach to deliver cutting-edge channel orchestration and content development best practice based on local knowledge and experience, e.g.,

• Channel support, analytics and utilization of SEO/SEM

• Content format and delivery to meet local customer needs

• Works with CBL, CX and other commercial roles to translate strategy and tactics into a yearly content plan

• Advises CBLs on how to orchestrate the use of approved channels by customer type, considering their affinity to ensure the best experience possible for the customer

• Introduces CBLs to A/B testing, trains them in it and ensures rapid iteration of content with customers

• Audits content proposals and provides recommendations on how to make content omni-channel adapted

• Develops omni-channel best practices & trainings and actively brings them to markets in collaboration with global and regional functions

• Develops trainings to create/enhance agile, omni-channel content creation capabilities in collaboration with L&D

• Develops and executes short- and long-term measurement plans for proposed campaign tactics, partnering with the broader analytics team as needed

• Leads the development of omnichannel KPIs, reporting and tracking

• Partners with internal COEs to identify new approaches such as data science techniques and new data sources to power omnichannel analytics and activation opportunities

In-house content production & operations

• Leads and coordinates in-house content production for selected omnichannel assets

• Assesses whether content should be produced in-house, reused, localized, or routed to agency/CoLab

• Partners with designers, Management Trainees (MTs) and brand teams to deliver simple, compliant and channel-ready assets

• Drives efficiency and cost saving through internal production and content reuse

• Coordinates end-to-end content operations across CreateSmart and Adobe Workfront workflows, GCMA readiness, content reuse and WAB/Zing content enablement

• Supports and coaches CEI Management Trainees (MTs) by sharing content and channel expertise; while not their direct line manager, actively helps build their capability
