Job Purpose
Lead and strategize all activities pertaining to security operation at respective areas in compliance with approved security policies and procedures, goals and objectives to ensure effective and efficient security services are consistently provided to customers and stakeholders for its business growth and sustenance as well as protecting people assets, information, image and reputation of the Group of Companies
Responsibilities
Lead and strategize overall security operations and installation activities through detailed planning and direction setting on security manpower deployment, critical analysis and through review on the business security requirements and regular syndication with business stakeholders in line with Security Management System (SeMS), Security Operations Management Systems (SOMS), Risk Management Policy and the Group of Companies interests to protect and safeguard stakeholders, assets, information and reputation as well as to ensure business continuity and growth.
Provide advisory and recommend the best fit solutions to address challenges faced by management on security or risk related matters by analyzing the situation, providing insights and strategizing on the approach for mitigation measures to facilitate the resolution of the matter and ensure optimum safety for plants operation.
Lead and strategize the establishment and maintenance of strong networking with relevant Government agencies such as Police, Bomba, DBKL, Drug Enforcement Agencies and local council authorities through detailed planning and direction setting on the coordination of effective and impactful engagement program and initiatives to leverage on their intelligence on security threat and/or for business opportunities that will impact positively on the Group business operations and positioning.
Strategize, facilitate and advice management on security operations pertaining to operation, governance, implementation and maintenance through security assessment, development of procedure, design security system plan and engagement with respective stakeholder to safeguard assets and interests.
Plan and strategize the overall implementation of key point installation procedures and guidelines from security perspective to management through detailed planning, direction setting, coordination with key point security audit team and propose intervention plan in accordance to established Group Security policies, procedures, processes and government and legal requirements to ensure smooth and timely installation works as well as securing the Group of Companies interest, assets, people and reputation from potential threats.
Lead and strategize security coverage for event through detail planning, critical analysis and through review on the event plans and details as well as preparing mitigation plan in place to ensure smooth running of the event and safeguarding the Group of Companies interest, image, people and reputation.
Lead and plan the formulation of security risk awareness program by establishing appropriate security awareness program, conducting regular up skilling/engagement sessions to staff and carry out enforcement as per HSSE processes and procedures to instill security culture and protecting the Group of Companies interest.
Lead and plan the investigation on reported incident in accordance with the key performance standards and standard operating procedures
