Key responsibilities
Managing physical Security of the Region.
Preliminary & Final Investigation to prevent theft/crime and submission of CAPA report to HO and other stakeholders
Planning, organizing, developing & administering the security policy compliance at regional level.
Responsible for Staff security, fire Drill, Liaison with local police, RTO& other Govt. depts.
Support & Suggest line manager in Formulating effective plans, systems & procedures and ensure implementation of it at local levels for protecting critical assets, personnel, building, material & information.
Implement integrated security procedures & security automation in the key areas with qualitative, cost effective & value-added security in close coordination and guidance with line manager.
Establish local & Regional security set-up based on local requirements & implement procedures for access control & material movement & Asset movement.
Security audits / risk assessments of the site and necessary corrective measures.
Responsible for firefighting & physical security training to all security personnel & employees on regular intervals.
Training & development of staff & subordinate in security like SAFE (Security Awareness for Employees)
Planning & execution of onsite & off-site emergency plans for statutory compliance, regular intelligence/ Security / incident report to management.
Due diligence investigations
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Previous experience of 8-10 years in similar role
At least a Bachelor’s degree
Well versed with relevant laws and procedures
Ability to connect and liaise with Police and other Govt machinery as required
Eye for detail and ability to set up a standard process across the region
