Commensurate with Experience / Selon l’expérienceThe Manager will provide leadership for a team of security and network technology professionals that deliver a range of IT support and services nationally. The manager will develop strategies, roadmaps and objectives of their functional technical area in alignment with business requirements. Working with other IT/OT groups, clients, and external vendors, identifies service requirements and opportunities and manages the delivery of services to meet expectations for performance, reliability and availability. The manager provides tactical direction to the Senior Manager or Director to ensure the services evolve at a pace that is appropriate for the enterprise and that new and emerging technologies are leveraged.
