
The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division showcases the very best of The University of Western Australia, enhancing the University's reputation and driving student engagement and growth. Bringing together marketing, communications, digital experience, engagement, events and recruitment functions, BMR delivers a connected and strategic approach to audience engagement.
Within BMR, the Marketing Performance and Operations team acts as a cross-functional hub that integrates strategic marketing, digital experience and CRM capability to drive student acquisition and marketing performance. The team leads student recruitment marketing, marketing automation, lead nurture, digital experience optimisation, enquiry management and schools marketing initiatives, supporting both domestic and international growth objectives.
Desirable: Experience within the higher education sector.
