In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform, sarai impegnata/o nella gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali; insieme a colleghe e colleghi esperti analizzerai i requisiti strategici utili a implementare le migliori soluzioni digitali presenti sul mercato per la gestione integrata dei processi.
All’interno della practice Enterprise Platforms – SuccessFactors, guiderai programmi di HR Digital Transformation che ridisegnano processi, modelli operativi e tecnologia HR in realtà complesse e multinazionali.
Nello specifico ti occuperai di:
Sarai coinvolta/o in progetti nazionali e internazionali, collaborando con professionisti altamente qualificati e a stretto contatto con clienti del settore pubblico, tra cui amministrazioni centrali, enti locali, agenzie governative e società a partecipazione statale.

As part of the Enterprise Platform team, you will work on managing organizational change processes and, together with experienced colleagues, analyse strategic requirements to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.
Within the Enterprise Platforms – SuccessFactors practice, you will lead HR Digital Transformation programs that redesign HR processes, operating models and technology in complex and multinational organizations.
Lead the design and implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, focusing on core application modules.
Define functional blueprints, target HR processes and operating models aligned with best practices.
Coordinate end-to-end delivery requirements analysis, design, configuration, integrations, testing, cut-over, go-live and hypercare.
Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives, facilitating workshops and supporting key project decisions.
Coordinate delivery, testing and change management, ensuring quality and adoption of the solutions delivered.
Manage relationships with complex clients, contributing to new business opportunities, bid participation and long-term partnerships.
Lead and develop project teams, enhancing the skills of junior consultants and promoting a culture focused on innovation.
You will be involved in national and international projects, collaborating with highly qualified professionals and working closely with public-sector clients, including central administrations, local authorities, government agencies and state-owned companies.
This opportunity is perfect for you if:
You have 7–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS projects, with solid skills in the design, implementation and governance of complex HR solutions.
You have led end-to-end initiatives on key SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, Learning) and defined target HR processes.
You are used to working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives, defining strategic blueprints and supervising critical project phases from design to go-live.
You have experience in business development, contributing to bids, presales activities and the creation of long-term partnerships.
You have led and developed multidisciplinary teams, supporting the growth of junior consultants and fostering an innovation-oriented mindset.
You speak fluent English and have experience working in international and multi-country environments.
You are willing to travel in Italy and abroad to ensure continuity and presence throughout strategic and operational phases.
