Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and govern SAP authorization and access management across S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud services
  • Design and maintain role concepts and authorization models aligned with Clean Core principles
  • Ensure compliance and security, including SoD management and audit readiness
  • Manage user lifecycle processes (provisioning, changes, deprovisioning) across systems
  • Lead SAP license management and optimization activities
  • Oversee security operations such as patching, certificate management, and vulnerability remediation
  • Ensure secure integration between SAP on-premise and cloud environments (IAS, Cloud Connector, etc.)
  • Act as Stream Lead for Roles & Authorizations in S/4HANA transformation program
  • Govern external service providers and ensure delivery quality
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation in SAP security and authorizations

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in SAP security and authorizations (ECC/S/4HANA) with solid role design expertise
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP troubleshooting and system analysis, including integrated SAP development environments
  • Experience in SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes (e.g., BTP, IAS, integrations, Cloud Connector)
  • Strong understanding of compliance, SoD, and audit requirements
  • Proven experience in project delivery, ideally within international S/4HANA programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
