Job Description


We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to lead our SAP S4HANA SD implementation projects. As a Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of SAP solutions, specifically in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our team and ensuring we meet the unique needs of our clients. Responsibilities

·Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, configuring SD modules, pricing procedures, and Business Partner management.

·Map client business requirements to SAP standard processes through Fit-to-Standard workshops.

·Ensure seamless integration with Logistics Execution (LE), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FI/CO).

·Design and document functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.

·Perform unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.

·Stay updated with the latest S/4HANA innovations and best practices.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

·Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP SD best practices.

·Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SD, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA simplified data models, Fiori apps, and Advanced ATP (aATP).
  • Hands on Knowledge on Salesforce, Subscription Billing, Warranty, Make to Order scenario, SD- PP integration
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal team collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP configurations.
  • Experience in process mapping and workshop facilitation is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
