Job Description

The Associate Manager will play a crucial role in managing SAP projects, from planning to execution. They will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and navigating project risks to ensure successful project outcomes. This role is integral to the SAP PM Competency - Delivery department's mission to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

• Lead and manage SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timeline, and budget.
• Efficiently manage and coordinate project resources, ensuring optimal allocation.
• Establish effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, records, and change logs.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve complex project issues.
• Certifications in SAP project management or related fields are preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.
