Salesforce Solution Architect – Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect at the Manager level to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. This role is pivotal in translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, driving innovation, and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Design and implement solutions

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional requirements.

• Lead Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development, ensuring quality and performance.

• Enforce DevOps best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (e.g., Git).

• Guide configuration using declarative tools (Eg: Flows.).

• Project Leadership

• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Consultants.

• Conduct technical design sessions, estimate user stories, and oversee solution documentation.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform limits.

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, various internal teams, onshore teams, and technical teams to align architecture with business strategy.

• Provide thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap.

• Governance & Quality

• Conduct code reviews, compliance assessments, and performance audits.

• Maintain architectural standards and ensure data security and integrity.

• Mentorship & Practice Development

• Coach junior architects and consultants.

• Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable assets, and IP development.

Required Qualifications

• 11–14 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5 years in an architect role.

• Proven experience acrossmulti cloud likeSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

• Additionally, Good to have experience inData Migration, Agentforce, CPQ, RCA, Data Cloud, MuleSoft

• Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.

• Required CertificationsSalesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Certified JavaScript Developer

• Salesforce certifications preferred:Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist, MuleSoft Architect

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Industry exposure in High-tech,TMT, SaaS, Manufacturing, or Professional Services

• Experience with Lead-to-Cash lifecycle and Quote-to-Cash implementations.

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
