Job Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for welding automation systems, robotic welding cells, weld tooling, fixtures, and related solutions.
• Proposal & Estimation.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through technical and commercial discussions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate target industries and accounts.
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Customer Engagement

• Conduct customer visits to understand manufacturing challenges and propose suitable automation solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, fabrication companies, and engineering organizations.
• Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and commercial negotiations.

Long Description

Technical Sales Support

• Collaborate with engineering and application teams to develop techno-commercial proposals.
• Analyze RFQs, customer specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for cost estimation, project feasibility, and solution design.
• Support customers in selecting appropriate welding automation and tooling solutions.

Market Development

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in welding automation.
• Identify new application opportunities in automotive, energy, railways, construction equipment, and general fabrication sectors.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer events to promote company offerings.

Account Management

• Develop and manage key customer accounts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with project execution and service teams for successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

Education

• BE/B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

Experience

• 8-10 years of sales/business development experience in:
