Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Manager, Sales to join our team at the Victoria Racing Club (VRC), based at the iconic Flemington Racecourse. This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in our new partnership with VRC, driving year-round non-race day sales across one of Australia’s most recognised event destinations.
This is more than a sales role, it is a chance to help shape a new commercial chapter for VRC and Delaware North. You’ll have the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up, represent an iconic venue, and make a measurable impact on revenue growth from day one.
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships and turning enquiries into confirmed business through confident, consultative and relationship-led selling.
