We are hiring a Solar Inverter Sales Manager to drive channel-based sales and expand market presence for solar inverter products. The ideal candidate will manage distributor and EPC relationships, develop sales strategies, and contribute to business growth within the solar energy sector. This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Channel & Client Management
Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, EPCs, and key clients
Strengthen channel partnerships to drive consistent sales growth
Business Development
Explore new markets and generate leads for business expansion
Support brand positioning and product visibility in assigned regions
Team Leadership
Lead and support the sales team to improve performance
Ensure targets are met through effective coordination and motivation
Market Analysis & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments
Commercial & Coordination
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams for customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in channel-based sales (Solar / EPC / Energy sector preferred)
Strong pricing and negotiation skills
Business development and key account management experience
Basic understanding of solar inverter products and applications
Experience with sales forecasting and reporting
Ability to lead teams and execute strategies
