Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or technical background in renewable energy is a plus.
Experience: 58 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies for solar PV systems (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid) for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the Karachi region.
* Manage and grow a team of sales executives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
* Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and government
stakeholders.
* Liaise with the installation, procurement, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
* Understanding of solar PV technology and energy solutions.
