Key Responsibilities
Finished Goods (FG) Sourcing – 40%
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for products and packaging not manufactured in-house.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with external manufacturers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from order placement through on-time receipt of goods.
• Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to ensure business competitiveness.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations) to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and product quality.
Account Management (Business Development & Account Growth) – 60%
• Serve as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction, service excellence, and long-term partnership.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets and categories aligned with company growth strategies.
• Strengthen existing accounts by identifying cross-category opportunities and introducing new product and packaging concepts.
• Partner with internal teams (R&D, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply Chain, QA) to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions including proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Monitor account performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to management.
• Undertake other projects or initiatives as assigned to support business and organizational goals
