Job Description

Manager, Sales Programs & Proposals

Location: GTA (Hybrid Role)

Reports to: CRO Office / Executive Leadership

Company: Triumph Group of Companies

Role Overview

The Manager, Sales Programs & Proposals will help build and strengthen our digital sales channels and provide practical tools and systems that support our sales organization. The successful candidate will lead the development and launch of online stores and digital sales workflows while working closely with marketing, sales, operations, technical teams and divisional leaders. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to take a digital-commerce initiative from concept through implementation while also improving sales tools, CRM discipline, reporting and lead-management processes.

Within the first year, the successful candidate will be expected to establish consistent proposal and prequalification standards, launch structured sales programs for priority markets, and build a reusable library of proposal and corporate content. They will also improve coordination and follow-through on strategic opportunities, strengthen the quality of client presentations and pursuits, and reduce the amount of routine proposal and pursuit work handled by senior leadership. Success will be reflected in more consistent submission processes, at least three active sales programs, and stronger overall sales execution.
