About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Sales & Marketing to join our team and drive business growth in the industrial flooring sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Research and identify potential customers in the industrial sector, create new business leads, set up appointments, and conduct customer visits.
• Sales & Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other activities to showcase the benefits of our flooring solutions to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, implementing strategies for up-selling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Marketing Strategy Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives, identifying new opportunities in the market and supporting the execution of growth strategies.
• Industry Engagement: Build and expand relationships within the industry, attending networking events and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience, with a preference for candidates from the construction or chemical sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in epoxy and polyurethane flooring will be a significant advantage.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and growth.
  • Excellent networking abilities to foster relationships within the industry.
• Additional Advantage: Experience in the construction sector, specifically in industrial flooring or chemicals, is highly preferred.
