Job Description

Lead the sales and marketing agenda for AA in Vietnam, driving portfolio growth, premium brand positioning, and customer demand across clinics and consumers. This role combines strategic marketing, commercial leadership, key account management, and compliant execution in a fast-growing aesthetics market.

General responsibilities:

  • Own the sales and marketing strategy for the AA portfolio in Vietnam, including annual planning, revenue delivery, and portfolio growth.
  • Drive premium brand strategy, consumer marketing, and clinic-level activation across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Lead key account management for major aesthetic clinics, distributors, and strategic partners to expand adoption and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Develop pricing, trade, and channel programs that support sustainable growth while protecting premium positioning
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, and lead the team to deliver results with strong execution discipline.
  • Ensure all activities meet internal policies and Vietnam regulatory and compliance requirements.

Job requirements:

  • Good understanding of the Vietnam aesthetics market, customer landscape, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of commercial experience, including leadership in medical aesthetics, premium beauty, healthcare, or related self-pay categories.
  • Strong background in both marketing and sales, with experience in brand building, trade strategy, and key account management
