Toromont is looking for a Manager, Sales and Marketing, to join our Reman Concord Team! The Manager, Sales and Marketing, will serve as a strategic business partner by leading sales and marketing strategy, demand generation and go-to-market (GTM) execution. This will include driving sales performance through effective pipeline management, pricing strategies and customer engagement initiatives. The Manager, Sales and Marketing, will collaborate closely with regional VPs, Sales leadership and the corporate marketing team to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen market presence and expand market share across all segments, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and customer needs.

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Develop, execute and monitor integrated sales and marketing strategies and communication plans to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives while ensuring full alignment and synergy with the Caterpillar industry teams.
• Lead sales planning and forecasting in collaboration with Sales leadership and regional teams. Drive pipeline development, lead conversion, and account growth strategies to meet business targets.
• Partner with Caterpillar industry teams, including Caterpillar Financial, to ensure shared objectives, coordinated marketing and business plans, secured funding for initiatives, and clear accountability across all programs. Act as the primary liaison to maintain synergy between divisional priorities and enterprise strategies.
• Perform on-going market analyses to assess competitor positioning, pricing and sales strategies, monitor evolving customer needs and industry trends to inform marketing strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies that support growth objectives and market leadership. Collaborate with Sales Operations and key stakeholders on pipeline and inventory planning to enable successful execution of marketing initiatives. Provide guidance on stocking locations based on growth plans and market opportunities, ensuring decisions are driven by forward-looking insights rather than historical patterns.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and Toromont stakeholders across all regions to drive growth initiatives, strengthen alignment between marketing and sales and enhance lead management practices for improved conversion and pipeline velocity.
• Track key performance indicators, report on marketing effectiveness and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI and business impact.

Must-haves for this role:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree, in a relevant field of study, including Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, Communication, Engineering, or others
• B2B marketing strategies and go-to-market frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Pricing models, inventory planning.
• Competitive intelligence and market research methodologies.
• Data analysis and KPI tracking.
• CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Sales pipeline management and forecasting.
• Negotiation and deal-closing strategies.
• Account management and customer relationship building.
• Budget management and ROI optimization.
• Knowledge of channel sales strategies and partner programs.
