Job Description

• Coordinate with relevant departments and sales staff regarding product sales, promotional campaigns, product information, and sales manuals to improve overall sales processes and procedures.
• Prepare relevant reports concerning assigned individual client relationship management for submission to various departments.
• Plan and coordinate with the staff development team to continuously enhance employees' knowledge and proficiency in financial and investment products through ongoing training.
• Manage and control expenditures to ensure alignment with the bank’s budget and prescribed procedures.
• Coordinate with branches and relevant product teams to resolve operational issues and difficulties.
• Coordinate staff training sessions to ensure employees are knowledgeable about the bank’s various products.
• Monitor and review performance reports of the assigned region/team, comparing them against the annual business plan for management reporting.
• Manage personnel data records and coordinate ongoing employee training initiatives.
• Collect and record operational risk data and report any incidents or losses incurred.
• Perform duties in accordance with the bank’s established service standards and operational systems.
