The Manager, Sales Enablement Marketing, is a senior-level role responsible for shaping how the institution presents its business to business (B2B) message, products, and services to the market. This individual will work closely with Sales Enablement Managers and COOs across multiple divisions to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, develop compelling content ideas across the B2B lifecycle, and ensure sales teams are equipped with the marketing tools, insights, and resources needed to succeed. This individual should be highly proficient in leveraging digital marketing tools, AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to optimize sales processes and marketing strategies. The role combines strategic planning, content leadership, and performance optimization to drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and deepen client engagement.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will define and execute B2B go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies, supported by playbooks that align messaging, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
  • You will lead pitchbook and proposal development across multiple segments, including C&I, specialized industries, and wealth management.
  • You will own the rollout, configuration, and ongoing optimization of a centralized pitchbook platform that enables custom, high‑quality presentations for Relationship Managers and Bankers.
  • You will partner with Sales Enablement and front‑line teams to support onboarding, education, and continuous improvement through feedback loops.
  • You will develop strategic content themes, thought leadership, testimonials, and high‑value client education across the customer lifecycle.
  • You will collaborate with marketing leaders to refine ideal customer profiles and drive targeted, personalized GTM efforts.
  • You will track marketing performance and deliver data‑driven insights to continuously improve GTM and enablement effectiveness.
  • You will work alongside marketing managers to develop and refine ideal customer profiles to guide targeting and personalization.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 8+ years experience in marketing, with significant exposure to B2B financial services; or a combination of equivalent work-related experience

  • Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and content development.
  • Proven ability to utilize digital marketing platforms, AI tools, and technology solutions to drive sales enablement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and client engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to design and execute GTM strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
  • Skilled in creating tools, resources, and training programs that empower sales teams and improve performance.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives, thought leadership pieces, and high-value B2B content.
  • Knowledge of paid social, programmatic advertising, and digital channels to amplify GTM efforts.
  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics, attribution models, and ROI reports to refine strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo for lead management and campaign execution.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders, sales teams, and marketing peers to achieve shared goals.
  • Comfortable navigating change, adopting new technologies, and introducing creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Skilled in mentoring team members, balancing workloads, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
