WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Simpli.fi is currently seeking a Manager, Sales Development to build and lead a high-performing BDR team focused on generating qualified pipeline for our Local Direct Sales organization. This role will partner closely with Sales Directors and Local Direct leadership to support outbound prospecting strategy, drive pipeline generation, and strengthen alignment between Business Development and Field Sales.
The Manager, Sales Development will own the playbook, processes, and overall outbound strategy for a scalable and repeatable prospecting motion supporting the Local Direct business. This individual will play a key role in helping grow and support one of Simpli.fi’s core revenue organizations.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing BDR teams in fast-paced sales environments.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite each week at our Fort Worth, TX headquarters.
