$135,529 - 177,881 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, Nursing, Business, Medical Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum six (6) years of relevant work experience in neurovascular, medical device, healthcare, or related clinical/commercial training environments.
3. Minimum one (1) year of management or supervisory experience.
4. Demonstrated clinical and technical knowledge related to neurovascular procedures, therapies, or technologies.
5. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse learner audiences.
6. Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional activities.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and learning management platforms.

Desired Qualifications

1. Neurovascular medical device experience strongly preferred.
2. Experience in clinical education, field training, physician education, or sales training within the medical device industry.
3. Experience developing Clinical Specialists or supporting commercial field organizations.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
5. Experience supporting product launches and competitive training initiatives.
6. Ability to build collaborative partnerships across commercial, clinical, and marketing functions.
7. Preference for candidates residing in Southern California and able to commute to Aliso Viejo, California.
