Role Purpose
To recruit, coach, train and develop personnel within the new Global Sales Support Center. Responsible for developing sales plans, strategies, driving maximum sales goal achievement, process improvements, technical training and sales metrics productivity for the new centralized sales model. Position will manage a team of 8-15 Key Account Managers responsible for driving revenue and managing key accounts within the Americas.

Education –
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Hospitality or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience –
8+ years progressive work-related experience in the service industry with at least 3 years in multi-unit or corporate roles in a hotel setting, as well as demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. Extensive sales experience is required, as well as key account and/or client management experience. Proven experience in managing sales teams.
