As a Sales and New Business Development Manager in the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within Arxada's composite materials business. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will help expand our Advanced Composite Chemicals (ACC) portfolio, contribute to sustainable growth, and shape future market opportunities. The position can be based remotely in Germany or a neighboring country, providing flexibility while maintaining close engagement with customers across the DACH region.

Essential Job Functions

• Drive achievement of regional sales targets and business growth objectives across assigned accounts.
• Develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships, identifying needs and delivering value-based solutions.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for customers regarding orders, pricing, sample requests, and commercial inquiries.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer developments, translating insights into business opportunities.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting and demand planning to support business performance.
• Collaborate effectively with customer service, sales support, marketing, product management, and other commercial teams to ensure customer success.
• Champion market expansion initiatives and contribute customer and market feedback to support portfolio innovation and development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Advanced experience in sales and business development (typically 5-10 years).
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and translate them into commercially successful solutions.
• Experience with forecasting, opportunity pipeline management, and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
