Our client, headquartered in Singapore, one of the global leader in the business consulting and services industry, renowned for providing innovative solutions and strategic insights

We seek an experienced and dynamic sales leader to drive business development and client servicing initiatives for our clients globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service selling, and consultative selling with a proven track record of supporting business leaders in achieving growth targets

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the business consulting services industry.

  • Client Servicing:
    • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
    • Regularly review client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Lead and monitor the sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Provide guidance and support in developing and executing sales strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

  • Support to Business Leader:
    • Assist the Business Leader in formulating and executing business strategies.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client servicing within the business consulting services industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
