Manager – Sales Administration

A Manager – Sales Administration is required to oversee and streamline all sales support operations within the organisation. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales administration process, ensuring accuracy in order processing, pricing, documentation, and reporting while supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

·Oversee daily sales administration operations and processes.

·Manage order processing, invoicing, and documentation accuracy.

·Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, logistics, and customer service.

·Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

·Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

·Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

·Lead and develop the sales administration team.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Candidate profile:

·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·4–6 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.

·Strong analytical and reporting skills.

·Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

·Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

·Strong communication and organisational skills.
